Addis English and Associates is looking for interns with involvement in all aspects of the residential design process. Part time available. Flexible hours. Unpaid (School Credit), however, there is the possibility of hire after internship.
Looking for individuals with any of the following skills:
- Rendering (sketch/perspective, both hand-drawn and computer modeled)
- Professional experience in 2d AutoCAD
- Ordering / picking up material and furniture samples
- Graphic Design - portfolio design, signage and logo designs, scanning, re-sizing, printing, color correction
- Good understanding of Illustrator and Photoshop is important as is a good understanding of typography and page layouts.
- Interior Design work- Production and assembly of sample boards- good understanding of materials and composition is important.
- Car useful as is a familiarity with the area
- General office duties ie. cutting, manning phones, errands, organizing etc.
